Why Choose FTE

FTE was founded in 2019 in response to the growing demand for fire testing equipment in the Indian market. Customers were seeking affordable instruments with shorter lead times and reliable local service.

Recognizing this need, FTE began designing and manufacturing fire testing and safety research instruments tailored to these expectations. Leveraging India’s large domestic market, a skilled supply chain, and experienced engineers, we deliver accurate, cost-effective equipment with rapid turnaround times to meet our customers’ needs.

Team

It all began by coincidence — a team formed with members from SGS, Intertek, TUV, RITES, NABL, and RDSO. We are a diverse group of test engineers, quality engineers, mechanical engineers, and software engineers, each with over a decade of experience in our respective fields. Our shared mission is simple: to make standardized testing easier and more accurate. More than just following standards, our ongoing goal is to contribute to their development — evolving from standard participants to standard setters.

Experience

From non-existent to exceptional — we have pioneered the development and manufacturing of many of India’s first fire testing instruments, making testing possible, accessible, accurate, and cost-effective. With over 46 types of fire testing instruments, more than 58 customers, and over 250 instruments delivered, our experience speaks for itself.
