Please note that to attend FLAIRS-35, TWO SEPARATE REGISTRATIONS are required for EVERY attendee (regardless of in-person or remote attendence). First, you need to register to the conference via REGISTRATION FORM and pay the registration fee, and after that you need to register to the Zoom meeting.

The registration for the international FLAIRS-35 conference will be handled by Ms. Milena Zeithamlová, Action M Agency, a conference organizer authorized by the Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Society.

If you need a Letter of invitation to obtain a visa, the Program Co-Chairs: Michael Franklin and Fazel Keshtkar will send you such a letter upon request, once you have registered for the conference and paid the registration fee.

Registering early will save you money, and also it will help us to organize things better!

The conference deadline for authors & early registration is March 18, 2022.

The late registration deadline is May 6, 2022.

ONLINE registration fees are intended for those, who cannot attend in person due to Covid outbreak. It covers only remote presence at sessions.

ONLINE registration fees can be subsequently upgraded to an in-person attendance by paying the difference of registration fees at the time of upgrade.

Required for Including Accepted Papers in the Program

Each accepted paper or poster must have at least one author registered with an "Author Fee" for the full/short paper or poster abstract to be included in the conference program.

If the only author registering for the conference is a student, the registration must still be an "Author Registration" (i.e., no student discount). Additional authors can register as “Author” or “Student” (with a proof of student status).

If you are an author of more than one accepted paper, you need to register as an author only once and can register up to TWO full/short papers (or poster abstract). Anything beyond that will require Additional paper fee.

Students must provide proof of student status. Documentation (student ID and university current semester registration and/or letter from faculty advisor or department chair) should be emailed to the FLAIRS-35 Registration Chair at milena@action-m.com in PDF format upon request.

Author, Non-Author, Student registration and payment will offer free access to all conference related events including tutorials, invited talks, sessions, conference materials, refreshment during breaks, three breakfasts, three lunches, the use of conference facilities, and entrance to all social events (welcome reception on Sunday and dinner on Monday).

Confirmation / Proforma Invoice / Invoice

Once you have completed the online REGISTRATION FORM you will receive the email confirmation.

In the case of

  • credit card payment, the proforma invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached to the confirmation email. After your successful payment authorization, you will receive immediately a final invoice.

  • bank transfer, the proforma invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached to the confirmation email. The final invoice will be issued upon the receipt of the payment on our account and sent attached to the confirming email.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing by email to the FLAIRS-35 Registration Chair at milena@action-m.com.

  • NO REFUND for Author Registration fee

  • If a cancellation of other fees (NON-AUTHOR, STUDENT) is made before April 15, 2022 the registration fee reduced by $100 will be refunded

  • After April 16, 2022, however, no fees can be refunded

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another participant (the same type of registration fee). Please inform FLAIRS-35 Registration Chair at milena@action-m.com as soon as possible, but not later than May 1, 2022 to whom your registration should be transferred to.

Zoom Meeting Registration

Each participant (both in-person and remote) needs access to the FLAIRS-35 Zoom meeting. After registering to the conference and paying the registration fee, you must apply at the following web:

Your application will be approved after your conference registration has been verified, and you will then be provided with a unique link for joining the Zoom meeting (no passcode required). Please use your full name in the Zoom application (no funky screen names), so it can be checked against your conference registration and approved seamlessly.
