Frequently Asked Questions

When are uniform wears and what do I do if I miss one?

Every Wednesday, all cadets will be expected to be wearing the assigned uniform as announced in class and on remind. If you miss a Wednesday, wear your uniform the next day you are back in school.

What happens if I miss a PT Day?

If you have been absent on a Friday, please complete a Physical Training Makeup assignment in the PT Makeup tab.

At the top of the site, go under Cadet Resources and select PT Makeup. Log in using the corps password, and fill out the form as provided.

Start with Assignment 1. If you miss another Friday, you will complete Assignment 2, etc. Please complete these assignments in order and within seven days from the day you were absent. Read all information on the form and complete your PT Makeup assignment right on the page. If you fail to do a PT Makeup Assignment, you will be given a zero.

Please make sure you have filled out the cadet registration form PRIOR to filling out your PT Makeup Assignment.

What's the best way for me to learn drill outside of class?

Drill is an essential part of the AFJROTC curriculum and, it is important cadets are practicing drill daily. The Chain of Command recognizes the difficulties of cadets learning, especially those new to the program. We have made a Drill Handbook tab under Cadet Resources. The best way to get better at drill is to practice yourself at home.

How do I apply for a promotion?

If you want to be promoted, you need to file a promotion request form to be reviewed by the Cadet Chain of Command. Before doing so, make sure to read Chapter 5 of the Cadet Handbook for all promotion requirements.

Please do not inquire about your promotion. These may take a while for the Chain of Command to review.
