Fixwise ("we", "the app", package name com.fixwise.app) is a repair-ticket, billing and customer-update app for phone and electronics repair shops. Fixwise is operated by PipDiary. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, who processes it, and how you can delete it.
The shop owner who creates an account decides what customer data to enter about their own customers and is responsible for it (the "controller"). Fixwise provides the software and processes that data on the shop's behalf. For account data such as the owner's email address and sign-in, Fixwise is the controller.

We do not collect your precise location, your phone's contacts, or advertising IDs. We do not show ads and we do not sell personal data.
Messages to a shop's customers (WhatsApp or SMS) are sent by the shop from its own phone and its own WhatsApp or SMS app. Fixwise only prepares the text; we do not send or read those messages.
We use these providers to run the app. They process data only on our instructions:
Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
Google Firebase — Crashlytics (crash reports), Analytics (usage events) and Cloud Messaging (notifications).
RevenueCat and Google Play — subscription management and billing. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see card details.
Cloudflare — bot protection on sign-up, where enabled.
These providers may process data outside your country. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Only members of a shop can see that shop's data. Owners see everything; staff see jobs, customers and payments but not cost prices. Shops are kept separate from each other by database access rules.
Data is kept while the account is active. When the owner deletes the account, the shop and all its data, files and staff accounts are deleted immediately, and the subscriber record at RevenueCat is deleted. Copies in provider backups expire on the provider's normal backup cycle. Crash and usage data held by Firebase follows Google's retention periods.
Export: owners can download all shop data in the app (More → Export my data).
Delete: owners can delete the account and all shop data in the app (More → Delete account), or follow the steps on our account deletion page: https://sites.google.com/view/fixwise-delete-page .
Customers of a shop: to correct or delete data a repair shop holds about you, contact that shop. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, India, Brazil or California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to complain to your data-protection authority.
A Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in Google Play; deleting the account does not cancel it.
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords and PINs are stored hashed, device lock codes are stored encrypted, and access is limited by database rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform affected users of a serious breach as required by law.
Fixwise is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
