Sign in as the shop owner.
Open More, then Delete account.
Type your shop name to confirm.
You can use More → Export my data first to save a copy.
If you cannot open the app, email pipdiaryapp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Fixwise account" from the email address you signed up with, and include your shop name. We may ask you to confirm before deleting. We complete requests within 30 days.
The shop and all its jobs, customers, payments, message templates and logo.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Copies in provider backups expire on their normal cycle, and crash or usage data held by Firebase follows Google's retention periods.
Cancel your subscription in Google Play (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the account does not cancel it.
Staff cannot delete the shop. The owner removes staff on the Team screen.
Customers who want data held by a repair shop removed should contact that shop; you can also write to us and we will forward the request.
