According to my research on the internet and on social media, Brandon Todd is a celebrity trainer and fitness consultant with over 15 years of experience,

his training techniques that have enhanced his athletic ability to unbelievable heights. At
5’5, Todd created a system that helped him reach over a 40 inch vertical leap and max
bench of over 400 lbs and he can actually dunk which for a 5'5 guy is very impressive

My honest opinion on it:
First of all I had never heard of his program, one of my clients showed it to me and asked me if I think it could deliver good results. So I told him that I have no idea and i need to take a look at it.So I went home and bought the program for 49$. At first, I thought that I would just waste my money because there are a lot of programs like that on the internet that have bad advice and are pretty much a scam, but to my surprise the program was actually pretty decent. It had very good information on the calorie part and it was customizable based on the customer's needs.Also it had a pretty good workout plan with specific exercises for different body parts and the best part is that these exercises can be performed from your home.What I like about this program it is that it is very beginner friendly because it goes over very in-depth on the things you should focus on.
Do not get it twisted because it is beginner friendly does not mean it is easy, but that is the point because in order to see change in your physical appearance and overall health you need to put in the time and effort in order to achieve your goals. This program has some easy and some very hard exercises but most of them will be challenging enough to the average person but if he/she pushes through at the end of the program he/she will definitely see noticeable changes. Now ,will he lose 100lbs in the 12 weeks of the program? Definitely not but he can surely lose 15-20. Will he build a lot of muscle mass in 12 weeks? If you started training now, you definitely can build a lot of muscle but you will not become a bodybuilder in that short period of time. Seeing that big of a change takes time.
Do I recommend you to buy this product?
First of all, I want to say that there is no magical plan that will guarantee you results without you putting in the work in order to make your body transform into what you want it to be. Now the answer to the question is:
It depends if you will just buy the product and do not follow the instructions then NO do not buy it, you will just waste your hard-earned money, but if you are determined to follow the program then YES I believe it is worth buying because it has a very good structured plan (exercises and nutrision plans) and for the value that it offers it is severely cheap. Also if you buy it you will get Brandon's shred diet and bulking diet for free. To be honest I have not looked at these 2 programs but they are free so it does not hurt to have them even if you do not follow them. But remember seeing results takes time but if you put in the effort and follow the instructions of the program by the end of the 12 weeks you will definitely see noticeable changes especially if you are new to training.
