According to jeffnipard.com
The name of the program is the Fundamental Hypertrophy Program.
This program is a program designed for beginners and intermediate lifters which promises to teach the basics (fundamentals of what really works for muscle growth. But in order for you to be able to complete this program you will need some of the following gym equipment:
power rack
Barbell
Bench
And ideally some dumbells
Now if you are a complete beginner and you do not know what these items are do not worry. Every gym has this basic equipment so if you are a part of one will 100% have access to them.

First of all, the program is divided into 3 periods each one lasting 8 weeks (so this is a 24 weeks program, over 5 months)but once you finish it you can repeat it with some changes (increasing the reps or the weight you lift) so there is progressive overload and you can continue to build more muscle and strength.
Now each of these 3 periods you will follow different workout splits:
1.In the first period you are going to follow a full-body program:
MONDAY: FULL BODY #1
TUESDAY: REST
WEDNESDAY: FULL BODY #2
THURSDAY: REST
FRIDAY: FULL BODY #3
SATURDAY: REST
SUNDAY: REST
2.In the second period of the program you are going to perform an upper/lower body program:
MONDAY: UPPER BODY #1
TUESDAY: LOWER BODY #1
WEDNESDAY: REST
THURSDAY: UPPER BODY #2
FRIDAY: LOWER BODY #2
SATURDAY: REST
SUNDAY: REST
3.In the third and finall period you will perform a modified bodypart split:
MONDAY: CHEST AND TRICEPS
TUESDAY: LEGS AND ABS
WEDNESDAY: BACK AND BICEPS
THURSDAY: REST
FRIDAY: LEGS AND ABS
SATURDAY: SHOULDERS AND ARMS
SUNDAY: REST
Take a free 30-second Quiz and find out what program is best for you and your fitness goals!
1)The program consists of pretty much basic exercises with some small twists and some advance add ons.
Some people might think that this is bad because they saw on a video some weird unusual exercises that promise muscle gains very fast. Here I will use the fraise ''if it too good to be true then it probably is''.The basic exercises (or fundamental exercises) are basic and used by a lot of people for a reason, because they work!!!! Every good training program should have these exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) no matter if it is a beginner or advanced program.
2)The program is Legit.
The program does not have any secret that will give you 3X the muscle mass and it does not invent any huge secret for training that will give you the results without effort. What I am trying to say is this program is not a scam of someone selling you false promises that sound good, in order to get you to buy a crapy product. It is very clearly stated in the program that in order for you to achieve results you will have to put in the work.
3)The program has 3 different routines
The program consists of 3 different routines (periods) and that is my favorite part about this beginner and intermediate program. By completing these 3 different training splits )which they are all very known and there is a very big debate in the fitness community of which one is the best) they can try all 3 and see for themselves which training split they like the most and continue doing it long after they have finished the program. This is especially good for beginners because if they search on youtube or on google which one is the best they will be bombarded with different opinions and they will be confused. So what better way to decide which one they like the most than to try them all and pick the one that they like the most.
4)The program has an awesome educational package.
That means that the program has very good, detailed information about everything you need to know regarding gaining muscle and strength. Also, the program goes over the basic terms that people use when talking about building muscle and training like reps, PRE, sets and many more. If you did not understand some terms I use in this review do not worry because this program assumes that you are a noobie and explains everything from the start.
Cons:
1)The program does not have a nutrition plan.
That is an obvious one, the program does not have any nutrition plan which is unfortunate. Jeff Nipard has a nutrition plan on his Website that you can buy by clicking here and selecting the program on his site. His nutrition program is actually pretty decent,I have actually bought it and I will do a review of it in the near future. But you do not have to buy it right away or at all because I will also post some basic nutrition information on another article. So stay tuned for that.
But not to leave you hanging some quick nutrition tips in order to build muscle:
First avoid unhealthy foods(fast food, packaged, etc.)
Also, eat 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
Eat fruits and vegetables (studies have shown that they help with muscle recovery)
Your diet should consist of 65% carbs 20% healthy fats and 15% protein.
If your goal is to gain muscle fats eat on a slit calorie surplus and if your goal is to lose fat then eat on a calorie deficit
2)Until week 5 of upper/lower split you only get once a week calve training.
That is something I would not expect from Jeff Nipard because he has huge calves. But this issue is not that important and it is easily fixable. Just throw another day of calve-training on your weekly schedule, performing the same sets and reps that you would perform twice on 2 different days.
First of all, the program comes in the form of an ebook immediately after you make the purchase and you can download it and keep it forever. Also in the ebook, there are links to multiple videos that showcase and explain exercises in detail and give you more information.
All 3 programs have their own focus, but they generally follow similar concepts.
In weeks 1-4, the focus of the training will be more“strength base.” Once you master the basics (like bench press and lat pulldown), you’ll advance to more modified strength base and muscle-building routines.
You’ll notice some minor rep, RPE, set, and exercise changes as you continue the program.
The price of the program is only 39.99$ and for the value that it offers, it is severely cheap. If you buy this program you will also get:
An exercises substitution list (if you do not have access to some of the equipment)
Also video links for every exercise
Detailed training sheets (for warp ups, reps, sets, etc)
Anatomy and biomechanics section
Customer service and training support

This in my opinion is the best beginner and intermediate muscle-building program by far. Now it definitely has some flaws as i said in the pros and cons section but the pros far outway the cons. This is a legit program and not one of many programs, that make false promises in order to buy them and in the end you end up doing some weird exercises that go against your body's anatomy and you get injured.
But remember this is a program for beginners and intermediates. If you are an advanced trainee do not worry then Jeff Nippard also has multiple muscle and strength build programs for experienced lifters like you. Click here or down below to visit his website and chose the program that will help you reach your goals and it is fit for you.
The right answer to this question is it depends.
It depends if you will just buy the product and do not follow the program and the instructions that are given to you, then NO don't buy it, you will just waste your hard-earned money, but if you are determined to follow the program then YES I believe it is worth buying because it has a very good structured plan exercises and for the value that it offers it is severely cheap.
Also, this is an easy-to-follow program that targets progressive overload. It is technically a three-in-one routine, which doesn’t complicate workouts and it definitely will deepen to a very big extend your health/fitness understanding.
But remember seeing results takes time but if you put in the effort and follow the instructions of the program by the end of the 24 weeks you will definitely see noticeable changes especially if you are new to training.
This is my opinion on the Fundamentals hypertrophy program if you are interested in buying the program or you just want to visit Jeff's website Click Here or click the link:https://bit.ly/3lAOvi9
