What do I do if I forget my password?
There is a "Forgot Password" option on the Login page. Press this to receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam folder for the email if you do not see it in your main inbox.
How do I report a user?
Tap the flag icon on the top right of any profile card or in your chats to report or block a user.
How do I update my profile?
Go to the Profile tab and make any changes necessary. Be sure to press the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page to ensure that your profile updates will be visible to all users.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to your iPhone Settings -> Notifications -> FITLIY.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account.
