Absolutely. When you select your 7, 14, 26-day or 3 months plan, you’ll have the option to list specific allergies (like nuts or dairy) or ingredients you prefer to avoid. Our chefs will tailor your menu accordingly.

We deliver fresh meals daily to your doorstep (home or office) between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. This ensures your food is never sitting out and is ready for your first meal of the day.

No problem! You can pause your plan at any time with a 24-hour notice via call or WhatsApp. Your remaining days will be saved and resumed whenever you’re back.

Zero prep required. All meals are delivered fully cooked. Simply heat them for 2–3 minutes (if applicable) and enjoy.
