Fit Running: Walk to Unlock is designed to help users build healthier movement habits by combining step tracking, walking/running plans, widgets, timers, and optional Screen Time app blocking.

We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data.

Health Data

Fit Running may ask permission to read Apple Health data such as steps, walking/running distance, active energy, and floors climbed.

This data is used only inside the app to show your progress, update widgets, calculate goals, and power features such as Steps Lock.

We do not upload your Apple Health data to our servers. We do not sell or share your health data. Health data stays on your device and is controlled by Apple Health permissions.

You can change or revoke Health access anytime in:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fit Running

Screen Time Access

Fit Running may ask for Screen Time permission so you can choose apps or categories to hold behind your walking goal.

Apple manages the app/category selection privately. Fit Running does not see the names of every app on your phone unless Apple’s Screen Time APIs provide permission-based shield information needed for the feature.

Screen Time access is used only to block or unblock selected apps based on your step goal.

You can change Screen Time permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Fit Running may offer subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.

We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related information required to verify access, such as product identifier, subscription status, and anonymous app user identifiers.

Widgets

Fit Running widgets display your progress, steps, and selected visual styles on your Home Screen. Widget data is stored locally on your device.

No Account Required

Fit Running does not require you to create an account.

No Advertising Tracking

Fit Running does not use advertising tracking and does not sell your data to advertisers.

Children’s Privacy

Fit Running is not intended to knowingly collect data from children. Since we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly store children’s personal information.

Data Deletion

Because we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no server-side account data to delete. You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device.

You can also revoke Health and Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
