We have a wonderful Children's Ministry at First United Methodist!

 It has been a slow process as things continue to get back to normal.  We are so pleased to announce that the Children's Sunday School has officially reopened!

 If there are two or more children at the Sunday Worship (with a new start time of 10 AM!), the Pastor will announce during the service- at the time of greeting one another, that the children may be excused to Children's Worship.  The Children's Worship, K-5th grade, is held in the Church building with playground access.  We ask that you provide a cell phone number before the service so that we may reach you during the service.  In the unlikely event that we would need to, we would send you a quick text message to please come to the Children's Sunday School classroom

Lastly, we do understand that some families may not be ready to have their children participate in a "group" children's ministry format yet, so we will provide a Sunday activity bag for any children who will continue sitting with their parents during the Sermon.  Whatever you choose to be right for your family, we always want you to know that we love and care for your children.  We always want them to feel like they are our priority and that they are dearly loved.  Jesus Himself prioritized children, and we strive to follow His example in all things.
