Payment Terms & Conditions

Phase 1: The 5-Week Training Workshops

• Week 1 (February 26th): 100% Free for everyone—both new starters and returning regulars.

• Weeks 2 to 5: £12 per individual session.

• The "Bring a Friend" Offer: If you bring a new friend to any session, that session is completely free for both of you! (Please note: This offer is only valid during the workshop phase between February 26th and March 26th ).

Phase 2: The Rehearsal Terms

Following the workshops, we move into the official production phase. This includes your chosen technique training (Acting or Dance) plus the full cast rehearsals for 10 Ways to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse.

The production phase is split into two 6-week terms:

• Cost: £60 per 6-week term.

• Term 1 Dates: April 16th – May 21st.

• Term 2 Dates: June 4th – July 9th.

• Important Note: July 9th is also our official Show Date!

What’s Included in Your Term Fee?

Your £60 term fee provides you with everything you need for the show, including:

• Full academy technique sessions.

• Comprehensive cast rehearsals.

• All costumes, props, and set materials.

• The official production licensing fees.

Payment Methods & Deadlines

• How to Pay: We accept payments via BACS or Card transaction (NEW!).

• When to Pay: Full payment must be received during the first week of each new term.

• Special Circumstances: We want the academy to be accessible. If you require a weekly payment plan due to special circumstances, please enquire directly with Gem to arrange this.
