Hi Nighthawk Families!

My name is Ms. Kepley and I am so excited to be serving as the Next Step Adviser at First Flight High School this year! 

Congratulations to you and your senior! Your student has made it to their last year of high school, and that is something worth celebrating! This is a great time for them (and you) to start thinking about next steps after they cross the stage at graduation.

My main job is helping our students plan out their next steps after graduation, whether that be enrollment at a postsecondary institution, employment in the workforce, or enlistment in the military. I am here to help you and your student navigate all that comes after high school! 

Families, friends, and supporters of our students are very important partners during this time of transition. I look forward to working with all of you to ensure the success of our Nighthawks!
