When does club meet?

Our Club meets on Mondays, 3:00 - 7:30 pm, September - April.

Who can participate in club?

Competitors ages 12-18, Juniors ages 7 - 11, and Parents can all come to the club and learn about the Speech and Debate Season!

Do I have to participate in tournaments?

Our club requires everyone to compete in at least 3 tournaments per season. No specific league.

How much does it cost to visit?

Nothing! You can always come and visit for a day of club. Please contact us if you'd like to visit.

Do you have an online option?

Yes, we have some students who participate with us online. Because online is not the primary way we facilitate club, joining us online has to be approved by leadership. Please contact us if you'd like to pursue this option. 

I have students who are between 7 and 11 years old, can they participate in club?

Juniors aged 7 - 11 can participate in Junior activities at clubs and tournaments! 

My student is only interested in debate (or speech). Can we still participate?

We offer both categories, but participation in both is not required. You are welcome to compete in only speech or debate! Based on our years of experience, we find that each student receives significant benefit from participating in both speech and debate, especially since participating in a tournament is a large commitment. If your student only participates in one category, there will be many periods during the tournament where you are not competing.
