People at First Christian Church in Pineville grow together spiritually, urging each other on to closer relationships with God, humankind, and creation.

We do this in a variety of ways.

Coffee & Bible Discussion

Each Sunday before Worship at 9:45 am we meet to discuss scripture over coffee. Each discussion places the scripture passage in context with the rest of God's word, with history, and with the culture of the time. From this we find meaning and application for our own lives today.

Walk for Justice the Stations of the Cross

Join us for a different kind of Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. We will mask up, stay socially distant, and commemorate the traditional 14 stations at various locations in downtown Alexandria. (The overall walk will be just over 1/2 mile). At each location, we reflect on Jesus' journey and how it affects our response to social injustices today. People of all faiths -- or none at all -- are welcome.
