Firmalyst: AI Stock Research is an educational market-research app. It helps users research companies, examine valuation estimates, understand earnings, review analyst consensus, interpret chart screenshots, and ask follow-up questions using AI.

Is Firmalyst financial or investment advice?

No. Firmalyst provides educational research and model-generated information. It does not provide personalized investment advice or guarantee financial results.

Always verify important information and consider consulting a qualified financial professional before making an investment decision.

Can Firmalyst buy or sell stocks for me?

No. Firmalyst does not execute trades, manage money, or connect to brokerage accounts.

Is the information real-time?

Not necessarily. Market prices, analyst ratings, earnings information, news, and other sources may be delayed.

Check the displayed source and date before relying on information. Firmalyst should not be used as a real-time trading feed.

How does company analysis work?

Select a supported company by ticker or name. Firmalyst researches multiple areas such as:

• Earnings and catalysts.

• Risks and uncertainty.

Sections may finish at different times and are saved progressively.

Why can research take time?

Firmalyst may need to check multiple current sources, process structured data, and generate several research sections. Completion time can vary based on internet conditions, provider availability, model demand, and the complexity of the company.

You can leave the research screen while supported analyses continue.

Why did a research request fail?

Common causes include:

• Temporary AI-provider congestion.

• A weak or interrupted connection.

• A source being unavailable.

• A request timing out.

• Temporary usage limits.

• An unreadable or incomplete AI response.

Wait briefly and try again. If the problem continues, include the company ticker, approximate time, app version, and a screenshot in your support email.

What is Chart AI?

Chart AI analyzes screenshots of stock charts and may identify:

• Trend direction.

• Possible technical patterns.

• Support and resistance.

• Confirmation levels.

• Invalidation or stop levels.

• Conditional target zones.

• Multi-timeframe agreement or conflict.

These are model interpretations, not guaranteed trading signals.

How do I get the best Chart AI result?

Use a clear screenshot showing:

• The stock ticker.

• The chart timeframe.

• Candles or price bars.

• The right-side price scale.

• Relevant indicators.

• Volume, when available.

• Enough historical context to see the larger pattern.

You can provide multiple timeframes when the feature supports them. Avoid cropped, blurred, or heavily annotated screenshots.

Does Chart AI access all my photos?

No. Firmalyst receives only the images you intentionally select or capture after granting permission.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes. After the first structured skill response, you can continue the conversation with follow-up questions.

AI answers may change as new information, additional screenshots, or different models are provided.

Where is my research history stored?

Saved company analyses, conversations, and chart attachments are stored locally on your device.

Firmalyst currently does not promise automatic conversation synchronization between devices.

How do I delete saved information?

Delete individual analyses or conversations from their respective history screens.

To remove all locally stored Firmalyst information, delete the App from your device. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Which companies are supported?

Firmalyst focuses primarily on publicly traded companies, especially U.S.-listed stocks. Coverage quality depends on whether reliable public information is available.

Try searching by both ticker and company name if a company does not immediately appear.

What is intrinsic value?

Intrinsic value is a model-based estimate of what one share may be worth based on assumptions about cash flow, growth, risk, and other financial factors.

It is not a guaranteed price. Small changes in assumptions can materially change the estimate.

What do analyst ratings and price targets mean?

Analyst consensus combines publicly sourced Buy, Hold, and Sell opinions when supported by dated information.

Low, average, and high targets summarize published analyst estimates. They are opinions—not promises that a stock will reach those prices.

Why does Firmalyst show citations?

Citations let you inspect the original evidence behind a response. Open the cited source, confirm its publication date, and determine whether it directly supports the AI-generated conclusion.

External websites have their own privacy policies and terms.

Why might two AI models provide different answers?

Different models may interpret sources, charts, uncertainty, and assumptions differently. A confident answer can still be wrong.

Use model outputs as research starting points and compare them with original sources.

What subscription plans are available?

Firmalyst currently offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions with no free trial.

The exact localized price shown in Apple’s purchase screen is the amount that applies to your purchase.

How do subscriptions renew?

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use Restore Purchases from Firmalyst’s subscription screen.

Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account originally used for the purchase and have an active internet connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select Firmalyst.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Deleting Firmalyst does not cancel its subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

I paid, but premium access is locked. What should I do?

Try the following:

1. Confirm the subscription is active in Apple Settings.

2. Confirm you are using the original Apple Account.

3. Connect to a stable internet connection.

4. Open Firmalyst and select Restore Purchases.

5. Close and reopen the App.

If access remains locked, email argonpatel834@gmail.com with a screenshot of the error. Do not send complete payment-card information.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Premium access ends when Apple and Firmalyst determine that the subscription is no longer active.

Your locally saved content may remain on your device, but premium features can require a renewed subscription.

How do I change the App’s language?

Open Firmalyst’s Profile screen and select the language option.

Some financial symbols, stock tickers, company names, citations, and original source material may remain in their published language.

Which iOS version is required?

The current version of Firmalyst requires iOS 26 or later.

How do I report an incorrect answer?

Email argonpatel834@gmail.com and include:

• The source or statement you believe is incorrect.

• A screenshot, if possible.
