Terms (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing,

or using the FIRE – Financial Freedom app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree,

please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App helps you track your path to financial independence (FIRE) and provides financial

education. You can track your investments, set goals, and monitor

your progress. The App does not require registration; your data is

stored on your device and in your own iCloud account.

3. Not Financial Advice

The numbers, projections, goals, and milestones displayed in the App are solely

informational estimates. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or

tax advice, nor should they be considered as such. You are always responsible for making your own financial decisions,

and you should consult a qualified professional if necessary. The estimates

are based on assumptions, and actual results may vary. The app does not provide financial advice; you are responsible for all your decisions!

4. Subscription, Free Trial, and Automatic Renewal

Certain features of the App are available with a “FIRE Premium” subscription, available on a monthly or

annual basis. Current prices are displayed in the App Store in your local currency.

- New subscribers receive a 2-week free trial.

- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it

  at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account will be charged for the renewal fee within 24 hours

  before the end of the current period.

- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s App Store

  account settings.

- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple / App Store in accordance with the Apple Media Services

Terms and Conditions.

5. Apple Standard License Agreement

Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard “Licensed Application End User License

Agreement” (EULA), available here:

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, text, and content are the property of FutureDotSoft

and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or

reverse engineer the App, except to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App “as is” and “as available,” without any express or

implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law,

we assume no liability for any direct or

indirect damages arising from the use of the App, including losses resulting from your financial decisions.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the modified Terms on this

page, along with the updated effective date.
