Welcome to Fiona’s Childminding

Hi, I’m Fiona Eaton, a passionate and experienced OFSTED-registered childminder based near Mill View School. With over a decade of experience since registering in November 2014, I provide safe, nurturing, and engaging childcare from my family home.

I have cared for children aged 3 months to 14 years, supporting younger children through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and helping older children with homework and school routines.

As a fully qualified childcare professional, I hold qualifications in:

I have extensive experience supporting children with additional needs, including autism, dyslexia, speech and language needs, and children from multilingual backgrounds. I also complete regular safeguarding training with Cheshire West and Cheshire Safeguarding Children Partnership to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

A Home-from-Home Environment

I live with my husband and our two children (born 2008 and 2010). My setting offers a warm, welcoming, home-from-home environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

I believe every child is unique. I take time to understand each child’s personality, interests, and developmental needs, working closely with parents and professionals to ensure every child thrives.

Funded Places & School Runs

I offer funded childcare from 9 months old and provide school drop-offs and pick-ups from Mill View School.
