FinTrack Data Deletion Request
How to Delete Your Data At FinTrack , we prioritize your privacy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended) The fastest way to delete your data is through the app:
Open the FinTrack app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Account.
Select Delete Account. Result: Your account and data are permanently removed from our systems immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you may request deletion by email:
Send an email to: receipt_scanner@outlook.com
Subject Line: "Request Account Deletion"
Please include your registered email address in the body of the message. We will process your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
Data Retention Policy We do not retain user data unnecessarily. Receipt images are stored locally on your device. When you delete your account, your email and user ID are removed from our Firebase authentication system immediately.
