Welcome to Finora: Expense & Budget, developed by Nigeriacamera ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Finora: Expense & Budget (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Finora: Expense & Budget is a personal finance and budgeting application designed to help users track expenses, manage budgets, organize financial information, and perform financial calculations.
The App is intended for informational and personal financial planning purposes only.
Users are responsible for:
Entering accurate and complete financial information.
Reviewing and verifying calculations and financial data.
Using the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Making their own financial decisions based on their individual circumstances.
Some features of the App may be available only to users with an active Premium Subscription.
Premium features are optional and are intended to enhance the user experience.
Finora: Expense & Budget is not a lending, banking, investment, or financial services provider.
The App does not:

Accept deposits or hold users' funds.

We are not responsible for financial decisions, losses, fees, interest charges, or other consequences resulting from reliance on calculations or information provided by the App.
Certain features of Finora: Expense & Budget may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will apply only to future purchases or subscription renewals.
The App may provide calculations, estimates, projections, summaries, or other financial information based on data entered by the user.
Such information may include, but is not limited to:
