Welcome to FinnyTopia. By installing or playing this game you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility

2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and play FinnyTopia for non-commercial entertainment use only.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the game; (b) use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; (c) interfere with the game's servers or other players'
enjoyment.
4. Virtual Items & Currency
In-game coins, diamonds, fish, and decorations have no real-world monetary value. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or removed at any time.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play and governed by Google's terms. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
6. Advertising
The game may display advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is governed by the respective advertisers' and Google's policies.
7. Account Termination
