NForge Game Studio ("we") operates the mobile game FinnyTopia Tycoon
(the "App"). This page explains what data we handle and how.
Data we collect
- Account & sign-in: when you sign in, we use Google / Google Play Games
and Firebase Authentication to identify your account.
- Game progress: your coins, diamonds, fish, tanks and settings are stored
via Firebase Cloud Save so your progress syncs across sessions.
- Advertising data: we show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its
partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID),
approximate location, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads.
Advertising & consent
- The App uses Google AdMob (rewarded and interstitial ads).
- For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for consent before
showing personalized ads, using Google's UMP consent form. You can change
your choice at any time in the game's settings.

Children
This App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal data from children under 13.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. To
delete your game data, contact us at the email below.
Data retention
We keep your game save data while your account is active. On deletion
request, we remove it from our systems.
