Interior/ Exterior Inspections: We inspect and assess the condition of your property to identify any issues so that they can be addressed before you return.

     Exterior:  

➤ On-site visual inspection of your home. 

➤ Check for signs of damage, forced entry, vandalism, leaks, flooding, moisture issues, 

rodents and pests.  Inspect the overall structure of your home to include roofs, 

windows, doors, gutters, landscaping, garage, all exterior structures, outdoor kitchens, 

docks and pool areas if applicable.

➤   Secure trash cans, patio furniture and any other items that may have blown around the 

property.  

➤   Collect and dispose of debris such as newspapers, mail or any other items that may have 

collected on your property from storms or high winds.

      Interior:

➤   Replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors & air filters.

➤   Check faucets, toilets and refrigerators, furnace/ air conditioner, thermostats and 

tripped breakers along with all other appliances.

➤   Visually inspect the entire house for potential risks of damage.

Detailed & Timely Reports:

➤  We will provide you with a detailed report & checklist outlining our findings after each inspection. 

➤  We will provide you with pictures and/or drone footage when applicable.

➤  We will make recommendations and take proactive measures to fix any issues.
