Welcome to FinMigo Finance Fun ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our educational finance games application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 13 may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. By using the Service, you warrant that you meet the age requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Parents or guardians of children under 13 are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation
To access premium features and sync your game progress across devices, you may register an account using Google Sign-In through Firebase.

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Game Data Sync

Your game progress, scores, and preferences are stored in Firebase and synced across your devices when you're signed in. 

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. We do not store or process your payment information directly.

Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

Refunds
Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies. We do not guarantee refunds except as required by law.

5. Data Management and Storage

Cloud Storage
Your game data (progress, scores, preferences) is stored in Firebase cloud storage to enable cross-device synchronization.

No Local Backup
The App does not provide local backup options. Your data is primarily stored in Firebase cloud storage.

Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your game data. We only process your data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Cheating: You may not use unauthorized methods to modify game scores or progress.

• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

• Service Disruption: You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality, security, or performance.

• Multiple Accounts: You may not create multiple accounts to exploit free trials or promotional offers.

7. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

FinMigo Finance Fun is an educational gaming application and does not provide financial advice. The Service:

• Is for educational and entertainment purposes only

• Does not provide real financial advice

• Should not be relied upon for making actual financial decisions

• Uses simulated financial scenarios for learning

You should consult qualified financial professionals for personalized financial advice.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In)

• Firebase Firestore (for game data storage)

• Firebase Crashlytics (for error monitoring)

• Google Play Billing (for subscription management)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, software, and source code, are the exclusive property of FinMigo Finance Fun and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any behavior that is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your game data may be permanently deleted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Your game data will never be lost or corrupted

• The Service will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinMigo Finance Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game progress or data

• Service interruptions

• Unauthorized access to your data

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
