Applicable for all FinMigo Apps including Finance Fun Game App
FinMigo respects your control over your data. We provide complete data deletion through both in-app features and manual processes.
This method deletes ALL your data from FinMigo's systems:
Open the Finance Fun app
Go to Settings → Delete User Account
Tap "Delete Account Permanently"
Confirm the deletion
✅ Firebase Authentication Account - Your login credentials are permanently removed from Firebase Auth
✅ Firestore User Data - All your data stored in our Firebase database including:
User profile information
Game progress and settings
Subscription records
Personal preferences
✅ Local App Data - All data stored on your device
✅ Analytics Data - Your personal analytics data from Firebase Analytics
Immediate: Account deletion happens instantly
Permanent: Data cannot be recovered
Complete: Removes all traces of your data from our systems
If you only want to delete specific Firebase data:
Your email/password or Google account linkage is removed
You will no longer be able to sign in with that account
All authentication tokens are revoked
Your user document in the users collection is deleted
All associated game data and preferences are removed
Subscription history and purchase records are erased
If you want to keep your Firebase account but reset the app:
Open the Finance Fun app
Go to Settings → Delete User Account
Tap "Reset All Game Data"
This preserves your Firebase account but clears:
Theme and color customizations
Language and currency settings
Card layouts and arrangements
All game preferences
Local backup configurations
Android:
Go to device Settings → Apps → Finance Fun
Tap "Storage" → "Clear data"
Go to Google Account settings
"Third-party apps with account access"
Find "Finance Fun" and revoke access
Account Data: Immediately deleted upon account deletion
Analytics: Anonymous data retained for 14 months maximum
Backups: Only stored in your personal Google Drive
Local Data: Only on your device until cleared
