Some of the variables that will affect pricing include:
The number of documents. Each additional document requires a seperate apostille and increases the cost
Translation - some countries, in particular France, require translation by a certified translator. Translation of the document is performed AFTER the Secretary of State apostilles the document.
Whether it is a Federal or State Apostille.
We FedEx documents overnight to our courier located in the locale of the State Department of State assuring quick arrival at the DOS. In the example of Florida the office of the Department of State processes apostilles in the order they receive them, so there is no expedited procedure.
Our flat rate for apostille of one document is $395. This our processing and facilitation fee. Each additional document to apostille is $250.
Our facilitation fee includes secure shipping and courier delivery to the State Department of State. Each document still requires its own apostille, but additional documents in the same order are discounted because the shipment costs are shared.
If a translation is required, most single-page vital records add approximately $75 to $150, depending on the country and whether a sworn translator is required. Translation is handled after the apostille is issued and is billed separately.
