• Social & Collaborative Data:

We process and use your information strictly to support your app experience, including:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining core application features (e.g., rendering your collections, loading link previews, managing collaborative edits).

• Generating and displaying the public "Explore" feed (displaying only collections you explicitly set as public).

• Delivering transactional push notifications (e.g., updates on comments, follower interactions, or joint collection updates) based on your system and in-app settings.

• Ensuring the security and integrity of our application, including preventing fraud and abuse.

4. Third-Party Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal data or curated items to marketing lists, data brokers, advertising networks, or any other third-party agencies.

We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers necessary for powering the Application's functionality:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: Used for user authentication, real-time database hosting (Cloud Firestore), cloud storage (Firebase Storage), and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). All data transfer is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and encrypted at rest.

• Google Sign-In: Used as an identity provider option for simplified, secure account authentication.

• Edit & Delete Content: You can edit or permanently delete individual items, images, categories, or entire collections at any time. Deleted content is immediately removed from our active database.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time directly within the app. Tapping "Delete Account" in the settings screen triggers an automated cleanup routine that permanently deletes your profile details, authenticated credentials, and database entries from our cloud storage and databases.

We employ rigorous security protocols to protect your personal information:

• All database transactions are restricted and validated using backend-enforced Firebase Security Rules, ensuring only authorized users can read or write data.

• Cloud infrastructure is monitored to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of user data.

7. Children's Privacy

Finds is not designed or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
