Rachel Alice
(Founder & Director)
Rachel Alice(MA Psychology, AUD) is a mental health professional and has worked in the capacity of a researcher, volunteer and counsellor with various hospitals, clinics, ngos and other organizations. She has been a former delegate at Harvard US-India Initiative '21. She has presented her research on 'Mental Health of Young Adults living with their families during the pandemic' in the 'International Conference on Solution Focused Practices' and is currently working on qualitative research on the experiences of children during the pandemic. Also, she is a social entrepreneur, founder and director at FAR: Find a Researchee, originally started as an initiative to help researchers find participants for their research, is now a startup to promote and create awareness about Research culture and trends. She provides affordable counselling sessions for adults, teenagers and children and aims to facilitate healing in society through rethinking and deconstruction of associations.

Nirmay Chaudhry
(Chief-Coordinator and Creative Head)
Nirmay Chaudhry has completed her BA Psychology (H) from Ambedkar University, Delhi. She has gained experience as a Clinical Psychology intern in various hospitals and clinics. She has attended various research workshops in esteemed institutions. She is also working as a social media coordinator in Optimistic Living Centre and Lyftly mental health app. She has been a Vice President in her college's fine arts society. She has participated in a Nuclear Olympiad as a designer at World Nuclear University, London. She has won various competitions and conducted workshops at the national level. Her pen strokes are in the technique of stippling. She is passionate to synchronise Psychology with the medium of fine arts in future.

Alisha Massey
(HR Head & Creative Strategist)
Alisha Massey is a mental health professional and has completed her Masters in Psychology from MCM DAV College for women, Panjab University. She has 2 years of experience in Social work and conducting outreach programs and has served as a Board Member of a Rotaract club in Chandigarh.
Also, she has a passion for research and was awarded the Best Paper Presentation Award for her empirical paper based on 'Covid19 and Frontline Healthcare professionals' at the International Conference of IAAP in 2021.
Empirical research is her strong suit, with a focus on abnormal Psychology and social Psychology .
With strong communication skills as an HR and Marketing Head at FAR, she is responsible for the recruitment of volunteers and for ensuring clear communication at all levels.
Alisha aims to improve the mental health of the community and to make a positive impact through her work.
