📣 Calling All Female Medical Students!

Join us for the 14th Umrah Program in 2025, sponsored and hosted by the Islamic Medical Association in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (IMAKSA) and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY).

📅 Mark your calendars: The program will occur from January 6 to 10, 2025.

📍 Where to go: Madinah and Makkah, KSA.

*Important Dates:*

•⁠  ⁠Arrival Day: Sunday, January 5, 2025, to Madinah

•⁠  ⁠Program Duration: Monday, January 6, to Friday, January 10, 2025 (conclusive)

•⁠  ⁠Transfer from Madinah to Makkah: Wednsday, January 8, 2025

•⁠  ⁠Program End on Friday 10 January and Departure via Jeddah: Saturday, January 11, 2025

*Registration:*

Registration is open now until December 1, 2024. The announcement of accepted delegates will be on December 8, 2024.

*Important Note for Itinerary Booking:*

To receive our support for the delegation, please ensure that your arrival is in Madinah, where the program will commence, and your departure is via Jeddah.

Nomination of participants who meet the eligibility criteria and adhere to the program guidelines is solely the responsibility of IMA student chapters.

The organizing team from IMAKSA expects to receive a complete list of participants from the authorized person in charge of the IMA.

Each IMA is entitled to a maximum of three female participants, except for certain large IMAs, which will be notified directly for additional participants.

The final number of accepted students will be announced on December 8, as we have a high number of IMAs registering for the program with limited seats.

Therefore, we will not accept direct individual application requests.

Steps for Registration:

1.⁠ ⁠Complete the information about the IMA medical students’ chapter and its authorized representatives, along with the nomination list of participants from your IMA.

2.⁠ ⁠Send the completed Excel sheet to fimasac@gmail.com.

3.⁠ ⁠The registration will be finalized only after receiving approval for the requested nomination from IMAKSA. Approval is a prerequisite.

4.⁠ ⁠No direct application for registration is accepted from individual participants.

5.⁠ ⁠The deadline for registration is December 1, 2024.

Entry Visa:

The visa is the sole responsibility of the participants or their IMA.
