Mojito – White rum, lime juice, sugar, mint, soda water
Whiskey Sour – Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup
Old Fashioned – Bourbon or rye, sugar, bitters, orange peel
Moscow Mule – Vodka, ginger beer, lime juice
Gin & Tonic – Gin, tonic water, lime
Rum Punch – Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine

Have guests that don't drink alcohol? Here are some ideas that we can incorporate into your bar menu! We suggest one to two "specialty mocktails".
Ingredients: Cucumber slices, fresh mint, lime juice, simple syrup, soda water
Instructions: Muddle cucumber + mint, shake with lime + syrup, strain over ice, top with soda.
Ingredients: Orange juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, sparkling water
Instructions: Shake juices + honey, pour over ice, top with sparkling water.
Ingredients: Mixed berries, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda water
Instructions: Muddle berries, add lemon + syrup, shake, pour over ice, top with soda.
Ingredients: Mint, lime, simple syrup, soda water
Instructions: Muddle mint + lime, add syrup, shake, strain, top with soda and fresh mint.
