Kello Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates Scanner: Scan PDF & Document (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

We respect your privacy and have designed the App to allow you to scan, create, edit, sign, organize, and manage documents while keeping your documents primarily on your device.

1. Information We Access

Depending on the features you use, the App may access the following information:

Camera

The App requests access to your device camera so you can scan physical documents, receipts, IDs, notes, and other materials.

Camera access is used only to provide scanning functionality. We do not access your camera when you are not actively using a scanning feature.

Photos

If you choose to import an existing image or document from your Photos library, the App may request permission to access the selected content.

We only access the photos or images you choose to provide to the App.

Documents and Files

The App may allow you to import documents or files from your device or the Files app for viewing, editing, conversion, signing, or other document-management functionality.

2. Documents and Scanned Content

Documents, scans, images, PDFs, signatures, and other content you create or import into the App are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or otherwise transfer them using a feature provided by your device or another application.

We do not sell, rent, or use your documents for advertising.

We do not use your documents or scanned content to build advertising profiles.

3. OCR and Document Processing

The App may use on-device processing technologies to detect document boundaries, enhance scans, recognize text, and perform other document-processing functions.

Where processing is performed on your device, the relevant document content does not need to be transmitted to our servers for that processing.

If a future version of the App introduces a feature that requires sending document content to a third-party processing provider, we will clearly disclose this functionality and update this Privacy Policy as necessary.

4. PDF Creation and Editing

The App may allow you to:

• Create PDF documents

• Combine multiple pages

• Reorder or remove pages

• Crop and rotate documents

• Enhance scanned documents

• Recognize text

• Add signatures

• Export documents

• Share documents

These functions are provided to help you manage your documents. Your documents remain under your control.

5. Sharing and Exporting

When you choose to share or export a document, the App uses the sharing and file-management functionality provided by your device.

The destination you choose, such as Mail, Messages, Files, cloud storage, or another application, may process the document according to that service's own privacy policy.

Kello Solutions does not control the privacy practices of third-party applications or services that you voluntarily use to receive or store your documents.

6. Data Collection

Kello Solutions does not require you to create an account to use the core functionality of the App.

We do not intentionally collect:

• Your name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Contacts

• Precise location

• Your scanned document contents

• Your document images

• Your signatures

• Your OCR text

unless you voluntarily provide such information through a feature that specifically requires it.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

The App may collect limited technical or diagnostic information necessary to maintain, secure, and improve the App, such as crash information or basic technical information, if such functionality is enabled in the App.

Any third-party analytics or diagnostic service integrated into the App will only receive information permitted by its configuration and applicable privacy requirements.

If third-party services are added or changed, this Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate.

8. Advertising and Tracking

We do not use your scanned documents, OCR results, signatures, or document content for targeted advertising.

If advertising or third-party tracking technologies are introduced in a future version of the App, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any permissions required by applicable law and Apple's requirements before such technologies are used.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App.

Because documents are primarily stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other available security features.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Documents and scans stored by the App remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App.

You can delete documents and scans directly within the App where deletion functionality is provided.

If you export or share a document to another application or storage service, that copy may remain there according to the third party's own retention policies.

Deleting the App may remove locally stored App data, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with operating-system services and third-party applications when you use functions such as:

• Apple Photos

• Apple Files

• iCloud or other storage selected by you

• System sharing functionality

• Mail and messaging applications

• Other applications you choose to use for exporting or sharing documents

These services operate independently and have their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not control how third-party services process information after you choose to transfer a document to them.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

• Request information about personal data we process

• Request access to your personal data

• Request correction of inaccurate personal data

• Request deletion of personal data

• Object to or restrict certain processing

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Because the App is designed to keep documents locally on your device, most documents can be managed or deleted directly by you without contacting us.

14. European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, applicable data-protection laws may provide you with additional rights concerning your personal data.

Where applicable, Kello Solutions processes personal data based on legitimate interests, consent, contractual necessity, or other lawful bases permitted by applicable law.

15. International Data Transfers

If personal information is processed by a service provider located outside your country or region, we will take appropriate measures required by applicable data-protection laws to protect that information.

The App's core document-scanning functionality is designed to operate locally on your device, reducing the need to transfer document content to external servers.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, legal requirements, or other operational reasons.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
