Permits by Borough and Year

Inspired by a question raised in class, I decided to look at the temporal element of the dataset. I used the Python module pandas to create a smaller, more manageable CSV file that included only the information I wanted to examine. Using StartDateTime to get information about which year each permit was from, I looked at how filming changed annually. As you'd likely guess, the impact of COVID-19 on production was staggering.
