Permits by Borough and Category

Since I found the category by zip code information overwhelming, I decided to simplify things. I revisited the dataset and pulled information about category by borough using the Python module pandas. To my surprise, while the top two most-filmed zip codes were in Brooklyn and Queens respectively, Manhattan had the most permits by far.
