Kello Solutions ("Kello Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") operates the FileFly | Share & Upload Files mobile application ("FileFly" or the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use FileFly.

FileFly is designed to allow users to upload files and generate shareable links without creating a user account or profile.

By using FileFly, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Files You Upload

When you use FileFly to upload a file, the file is transmitted to our servers or hosting/storage providers so that we can:

• Upload and process the file;

• Store the file for the selected retention period;

• Generate a unique sharing link;

• Allow recipients to download the file;

• Apply settings selected by you, such as expiration dates or password protection.

Uploaded files may include documents, images, videos, audio files, archives, or other file types supported by the App.

We do not use uploaded files for advertising or unrelated purposes.

File and Sharing Information

Depending on how you use the App, we may process information associated with an uploaded file, such as:

• File name;

• File type;

• File size;

• Upload date and time;

• Expiration date;

• Share link identifier;

• Password-protection status;

• Download limits;

• Number of downloads;

• File access or download events.

Device and Technical Information

We may automatically receive limited technical information when you use FileFly, such as:

• Device type;

• Operating system and version;

• App version;

• General technical information necessary to operate and secure the service;

This information may be used to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve FileFly.

FileFly does not require you to create an account or provide your name, profile photo, or other profile information to use the basic file-sharing functionality.

2. How We Use Information

We use information collected through FileFly to:

• Provide file upload and download functionality;

• Generate and maintain sharing links;

• Store and deliver uploaded files;

• Apply expiration and access settings;

• Provide password-protected file access where enabled;

• Monitor downloads and link activity;

• Maintain the security and reliability of the service;

• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity;

• Improve the App and its functionality;

• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. File Storage and Retention

Uploaded files are stored on servers or third-party infrastructure used to provide FileFly's file-sharing functionality.

Files may remain available for the period selected when uploading, such as:

• 1 hour;

• 24 hours;

• 7 days;

• 30 days; or

• Another period offered by the App.

When a file expires, we may automatically delete the file and associated sharing information from our active systems.

You may also be able to delete an uploaded file before its scheduled expiration through the App.

Please note that deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups or disaster-recovery systems. Such information may remain temporarily until the applicable backup cycle is completed.

4. Sharing Your Files

FileFly creates a unique link that can be used to access an uploaded file.

You are responsible for deciding who receives or has access to your sharing link.

Anyone who obtains an active sharing link may potentially access the associated file, subject to any password, expiration, or download restrictions you have enabled.

We recommend that you do not publicly share links containing confidential or sensitive information unless you understand the associated risks.

If password protection is available and enabled, recipients may be required to provide the selected password before accessing the file.

5. Download Information

When someone accesses or downloads a file through a FileFly sharing link, we may process technical information necessary to deliver the file and protect the service.

This may include:

• IP address;

• Date and time of access;

• Download status;

• Basic device or browser information;

• File accessed.

This information may be used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and download statistics where such functionality is provided.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate FileFly.

These providers may provide services such as:

• Cloud hosting;

• File storage;

• Content delivery;

• Database infrastructure;

• Security and fraud prevention;

• Analytics and diagnostics;

• Crash reporting;

We do not use analytics to identify the contents of your uploaded files.

If applicable, FileFly will request permissions or consent required by applicable law and platform requirements before using information for personalized advertising.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through FileFly.

• Automatic file expiration and deletion where applicable.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

FileFly is not directed specifically toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may delete files through available FileFly functionality where supported.

Expired files may also be automatically removed according to the selected expiration settings.

15. Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

When you choose to share a FileFly link through another application or visit a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy applies.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to FileFly, our services, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of FileFly after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
