Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using File Explorer - Gold ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Your Content

The App helps you manage files, photos, videos, audio, and documents already on your device. You retain all ownership rights to your content. We do not claim any ownership over files you create, edit, move, or store using the App. You are solely responsible for the content you manage with the App, including ensuring you have the legal right to possess and manage it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to store, process, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to possess.

You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality for other users.

4. Permissions

Certain features, including file browsing, media management, wallpaper and ringtone setting, APK installation and uninstallation, Google Drive backup, and usage-based cleanup tools, require specific device permissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

By enabling these features, you consent to the App accessing the corresponding data solely to perform the function you requested.

5. Optional Google Drive Backup

The backup feature is optional and requires signing in with a Google Account. Your use of Google services through the App is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Google's services.

6. Destructive Actions

Certain actions performed through the App, such as deleting files, uninstalling apps, or permanently emptying Trash, are irreversible once confirmed.

You are responsible for reviewing prompts carefully before confirming such actions. We recommend maintaining independent backups of important data.

7. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJ DEVELOPERS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP — INCLUDING LOSS OF FILES RESULTING FROM DELETION, CORRUPTION, DEVICE FAILURE, OR MISUSE OF THE APP'S FEATURES.

9. Intellectual Property

The App's name, logo, design, and underlying code, excluding your personal content and open-source components it relies on, are the property of AJ Developers Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App itself without permission.

10. Third-Party Open-Source Components

The App uses various third-party open-source libraries, each governed by its own license. Use of the App does not grant you rights to these components beyond what their respective licenses permit.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Effective Date" above when changes are made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
