By downloading, accessing, or using the File Clean Manager mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ED-DAHMANY HICHAM ("we," "us," or "our"), a developer based in Morocco.
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial license to use the App on your personal device. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the file management and device optimization features provided by the App, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
File Clean Manager is a utility tool designed to scan, manage, and optimize files locally on your device. The App does not host a platform for users to submit, post, or publish user-generated content (UGC) to the public or our servers. All file processing occurs locally on your device.
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use policies, including how we handle permissions required for core functionalities (such as MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS), are set forth in our Privacy Policy. By using our App, you agree that we can collect and use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided for free, and to support our ongoing development, we integrate third-party services that may display advertisements or collect anonymous analytics to monitor App performance. These third-party services operate under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these third-party services:

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Important Note on File Management: While our App is designed to help you clean junk files and manage storage, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not delete important personal files or system-critical data. We are not liable for any unintended data loss resulting from your use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ED-DAHMANY HICHAM, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party within the App; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
