Our location
Woodlands of Milton, the home of Figtree Cottage of Milton, was a working dairy farm for many years. The original house (occupied by current owners Janelle & Greg) was built in the early 1870s. It is now home to ~110 cows, calves and bulls and a handful of cheeky chickens.
Figtree Cottage of Milton is located at Little Forest, 1km off the highway and only 4km from the picturesque village of Milton. It's just 7km from stunning Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches and Lake Conjola. It's a great place for water sports (we are kayakers), nature/bushwalks and has a great cafe and pub scene. Or you can sit in peace at the cottage and read, talk to the cows, and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Hosts Janelle & Greg have been farming since 2009 (Janelle came from a farming family but Greg had the farming bug)! Having travelled extensively in our younger years we are keen to help other travellers enjoy the beauty of our local area. We also provide guests an opportunity to learn more about the nature of farming or to just "get away from it all".
