In February 2019, Judy Gough made a racist vlog while serving as DCARA Board President. DCARA staff and Raymond Rodgers became upset about that vlog and tried to call out the Board of Directors but they chose to remain silent until March 6, 2019 when DCARA Management Team made an announcement.
