What to Expect
Inquiry - reach out to us via the contact form. We will respond to you within 3 days of receiving your information.
Consultation - we will either set up a quick call or answer any questions via email, based on your preference.
Proposal + Mood Board - once we have all the information from you, we will create a mood board and proposal for your event and you can offer any additional feedback, requests, or desired changes.
Design + Production - Once we're on the same page, we will send you a contract and more detailed information regarding all the logistics of your event. We will then design, create, and source all the agreed upon florals and decorations.
Event Day Delivery & Installation - we drop off and install all your beautiful florals and then come back at the end and collect rented items and, if desired, the florals for donation or composting if you chose this option.
What happens to your flowers after your event?
Family / event attendees can take them home
For the florals not connected to rented items, you or your event attendees are always welcome to take them home. I do my best to make arrangements in a way that will allow for as much of this as possible. For items that are affixed to rented items (e.g. on the arch or in vases you have rented from us), we will come back to collect them and you have your choice of what happens to them after the event from our options described below.
Composting or donation options
Working with fresh flowers lends a natural appreciation for nature and what it offers. In order to be more environmentally conscious, we offer composting or donation options for all event florals, should you choose this for after your event. We have partnered with a local nursing home and food pantry for any flowers or arrangements that can be re-used and will compost any remaining stems that cannot be donated. As part of the planning process, we will ask about your preference for this. If there is a specific non-profit or organization you are connected to and would like us to work with, we are always happy to see what we can do to connect with more people in our community!
