Our Story

Hi I'm Briana, the owner and floral designer behind Fig and Sage Florals. 

Fig and Sage started in memory of my Oma (grandmother). I credit my time making wildflower bouquets from the fields around her house and talking about all the different textures, colors, and beauty of each one for igniting my love and appreciate of flowers. I adore the natural elegance and movement that floral decorations bring to a space and getting to connect with the memory of my grandmother whenever I work with flowers. 

I have been arranging flowers since middle school as a hobby and decided to take it more seriously at the beginning of 2025 when I completed a course in floral design and became a certified floral designer. I love getting to use the techniques and formal training in combination with my creative style that has been developing for many years. 

As a passion and practice of remembrance for both my grandmother and my client's loved ones, I strive to include sentimental and meaningful touches into whatever project I do in honor of both the celebrated and all who have supported us in getting to that place.
