4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Upload false or misleading information, including images that are not of food items for analysis.
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
Share your account credentials with others or use another user's account without permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Calerious - Calories Counter AI and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content (such as images) to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Application. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
