The Montgomery County Board of Education accepts public comments to help inform its decisions. Speaking spots are released through an online form that opens exactly at 6 p.m.
Demand is extremely high, and slots often fill within seconds. Because of this, families need to be prepared and move quickly when the form goes live to secure a chance to speak.
BEFORE 6 PM on Thursday, January 29:

Keep the official time from time.gov open. Refresh the form right before 6:00 PM so you can click the moment the clock changes to 6:00:00.
Sign-ups open exactly at 6:00 PM. The form will refresh at 6:00 PM sharp with a “Next” button at the bottom - click immediately and submit your information as fast as possible.
AT 6:00 PM SHARP on Thursday, January 29:
Refresh the form immediately.
The form will switch from “closed” to “open” and show a Next button at the bottom.
Click “Next” immediately and fill out the form as fast as possible. Spots fill up within seconds.
