The Constitution of Velmeria is broken up into Charters, of which the most notable examples include:

• The Criminal Justice Code (Which is amended by a process of congressional votes and does not require complete constitutional amendment)
  The Criminal Justice Code is enforced by Polijâ Divižions under the licensure of the Federal Police Service under Article 9 of the Criminal Justice Code.

• The Charter of Human & Natural Rights (CANNOT BE AMENDED NOR EDITED; may only have protections expanded upon)
  Rights include but are not limited to: The Right to a Free & Fair Trial; The Freedom of Press, Speech, and Expression; The Right to Personal Freedom & Choice of Destiny; The Right to Possess Defensive Weapons & Self-Defense; The Rights of The Child; The Rights of Immigrants; The Rights of All Person(s) to Due Process, Habeas Corpus & The Rights of The Mentally Ill.
  The Supreme Court of Velmeria actually falls under the Charter of Human & Natural Rights to prevent tampering and has the authority to oversee all Consutitional law, and amend laws if required.

• This is the document establishing our current government and outlines the process that established the current federal government, the process of elections, and such.

• Processes may be amended through Constitutional Amendments and outlines the process of ratification and amending the whole constitution.

• It is generally considered the beginning of the First Republic of Velmeria.

• Outlines the authority of the Federal Government & the process by which decentralization may occur.

• Outlines the Six Main Provinces & Their Borders

• Outlines the process of insolvency if a government must be declared insolvent and unable to discharge the duties under the Charter.

Article 1 covers the Fundamental Military Law, crimes against humanity, and other high crimes, as well as the sentences that may be imposed, including even the death penalty.
(Generally where the worst offenses against human life are covered; however, military law is found under the Military Justice Code (MCJ).)
