The FIAI Board of Directors is comprised of the organization's Executive Officers and the six District Chairpersons and District Vice Chairpersons.

Executive Officers:

• Secretary/Treasurer Ron Lipps, Zionsville Fire Department
• Past President Darrel Cross, Noblesville Fire Department

FIAI Board Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of odd months at 10 AM.
