Branch System (Required before start operating)
This is the REQUIRED training for Business Partners before they start operating.
In this training, Business Partners will be coached on how to use the system, monitor the parcels' movement, important reminders, etc.
Branch System is the main application use by Business Partners for their business transactions.

Dashboard Training
In this training, you will be guided on how to install and use the dashboard application.
Dashboard is a third Party Application provided to a business partner's regular customer that is used for transacting and printing their own parcel. This application has lots of features that the sender can use such as modification of parcel info, monitoring of a parcel's movement, etc.

Flash Kit Training
In here, you will be trained on how to install and navigate the application as well as inform you with the important reminders in using the Flash Kit Application.
FlashKit is a third party application that can only be installed in a "Android Smartphones". This APP is linked to Branch System and is used by the Business Partners to scan and accept parcels.

Packaging Standard Training
Packaging Standard Training aims to provide Business Partners on the KNOW HOW and the KNOW WHAT in receiving parcels. Specifically targets to help Business Partners in making sure that the parcels are protected while in transit which will help in avoiding violations and penalties.

Brand and Social Media Guidelines
Brand and Social Media Guidelines is training that our Partners lead them on how to properly use and execute the playbook or brand manual of Flash Express and Flash Home. This is to place a standard and consistent branding on all Flash Home branches aligned with the brand playbook.

Brand and Marketing Strategy
Brand Strategy and Marketing training would help our business partners to broaden their knowledge on how they would maximize their channels in terms of strategies and programs. It will help them identify which aspects they need to improve and develop to gain more clients, branch awareness, retain and sustain customers, and increase the volume of their parcels.

Taxation Overview Training
Taxation Overview Training aims to help you with basic taxation processes. In this training, you will learn how to compute different types of taxes and file BIR Returns to Bureau of Internal Revenue. This also tackles importance of supporting documents and book of accounts during the course of the business.

Shopee Drop-off point Training (Exclusive)
In this training, Business Partners will be guided on Shopee parcels collection process thru Branch System and Flash Kit. It also contains parcel monitoring, how to receive commissions and some reminders.
Shopee is a multinational technology company that specializes in e-commerce.
It also serves consumers and sellers who wish to purchase and sell their goods online.

TikTok Shop Drop-off point Training (Exclusive)
This will guide Business Partners on TIktok Shop parcels collection process thru Branch System and Flash Kit. Trainers will also discuss parcel monitoring, how to receive commissions and some reminders.
TikTok Shop is an innovative new shopping feature which enables merchants, brands and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok through in-feed videos, LIVEs, and product showcase tab. Bringing entertainment into commerce, this is Shoppertainment.

Self Collection Training (Exclusive)
This training is conducted to selected Business Partners who applied for self collection (Last Mile).
