How to calculate the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel, whichever is higher. Also, destination of the parcel is taken into consideration. For shipping fee estimation, you may check Freight Cost Inquiry function under Quick Query section of the Branch System.
Please make sure you check your parcels' dimensions and weight before you ship to avoid any penalties.
(1) Same region = 2 to 3 days
(2) NCR to Luzon and vice versa = 3 to 5 days
(3) NCR to Visayas & Mindanao and vice versa = 1 to 2 weeks

Collection time is from 9am to 6pm
The best time to book the parcel in the branch system is between 9am to 3pm only to have a higher chance for the parcel to be picked up within the same day.
Make sure to book thru Call the Flash Courier Icon thru Branch System.
No Booking, means No Collection.
(1) The parcel weight shall not be more than 50KG
(2) The sum of the length, width, and height of the parcel should not be greater than 300cm.
(3) Any side of the parcel (length, width, and height) shall not be greater than 150cm

The following items are considered Prohibited Goods:
(1)Items not suitable for delivery or do not meet the requirements of delivery packaging items
(2)All kinds of weapons and ammunitions
(3)Publications, publicity materials, printed materials, or any material that endangers national security and social and political stability and obscenity
(4)Explosives and hazardous goods
(5)Biochemical products
(6)Radioactive components and containers
(7)Highly toxic chemicals
(8)All kinds of narcotic drugs
(9)Chemical products and infectious items such as animals, organisms, live plants, human body
(10)Items prohibited from circulation, delivery, entry, or exit by national laws, regulations, and political regulations
(11)Identification document, secret letter, or secret documents such as identification card, driver's license, etc.
(12)Financial documents
(13)Products that cannot be assessed or products that have personal values or that cannot be replaced
(14)Medical samples

Please refer to the following tips:
(1) Select appropriate packaging materials based on the type of parcel to be shipped.
(2) Pack the items separately using bubble film or loosely filled materials.
(3) Use plastic or nylon reinforcing tape to seal the parcel securely.
(4) Label the parcel correctly and fill in complete parcel information that is useful for the delivery, such as zip code, place of shipment, destination, contact details.
