- Recruitment across our campuses, connecting intersectionally with other student groups
- Rallying with other colleges
- Lasting change in our district

CAMPAIGN FOR THE MEASURE G BOND!
A bond measure will provide $898 million for Foothill - De Anza to renovate, maintain, and build facilities. It has the potential to be transformational for our colleges!
What's happened so far:
- November 25, 2019: FHDA Board votes unanimously to pursue both a bond measure and a parcel tax, with advocacy from students and faculty.
- March 3, 2020: The primary elections, in which Measure G, the bond measure, will be up for a vote.

What's next?
It's time to campaign for Measure G and Measure H! Student volunteers and some paid student organizers will be enlisted at the beginning of winter quarter. Stay tuned for more information!

- A clear timeline of on-campus, multimodal engagement with students, and quantifiable ways in which student needs -- including projections-- will be factored in to the decision-making processes.
- Affordable student housing at De Anza
Timeline thus far
- May 15, 2019 Chancellor Miner presents about Flint Center to DASB Senate, and student needs are discussed, specifically housing, and community space.
- May 29, 2019 DASB Senate passes resolution endorsing the closure of the Flint Center, with student housing to be prioritized in the new construction.
- June 10, 2019 Board of Trustees decision to permanently close the Flint Center
- October 7, 2019 Timeline Presented at Board of Trustees
- November 12, 2019 Chancellor's Town Hall at De Anza College
