For most staff members below, working on the Freshwater Harmful Algal Bloom (FHAB) Program is one of many hats they wear. As a result of Assembly Bill 834, in 2021 six full time staff positions were added to dedicate time to address the FHAB program. These positions include five full time staff positions at the Water Boards and one full time staff positions at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The six full time FHAB staff are denoted with an asterisk (*).
