Submissions instructions

To prepare your manuscript, please follow all the guidelines of the IEEE CVPR 2023 main conference (link). Note that, for the workshop, you have to submit your manuscript via the FGAHICMT system, which is different from the submission system of the main CVPR conference. Accepted papers will be published in the CVPR proceedings.

VISA INFORMATION: Instructions for registering and obtaining a visa letter are below:

Register for CVPR (https://cvpr.thecvf.com/Conferences/2023/Pricing2).  Once you have registered, a matching profile will be created at https://cvpr.thecvf.com.  There may be up to a 15 minute delay between registration and the profile creation.  You should receive an email when the profile is created with instructions on how to get a letter of invitation for your visa application.  In short, those instructions are to set/reset your password (https://cvpr.thecvf.com/Profile/resetpassword), then, while logged in, visit https://cvpr.thecvf.com/InvitationLetter.  

Due to the increased time it takes to process visa requests in Canada, if you or your team need a visa we strongly encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

We are not able to provide a visa letter for someone if they have not registered. No exceptions.
