TDWG-Vis

Lately, I have been working with the concepts of "Botanical Countries" standardized by the Taxonomic Biodiversity Standards Group. This looks forward to best mix political borders with regions representing major plant distributions worldwide. However, I was always spending time going back to the TDWG documentation to find the names - acronyms of the regions of interest to me. Looking in the documentation text for geographical information is not always the most efficient process. Therefore, I made a small shiny application to interactively visualize all levels (1-4) of this standards. I also included an additional tab with links to download the original shapefiles from the KEW Gardens web page.
